      Seismic support and hanger classification and layout principles

According to the different electromechanical systems to be protected, seismic supports and hangers can be divided into pipeline seismic systems, air duct seismic systems and electrical (including electrical conduits, trunking and bridges) seismic systems.

      Seismic support and hanger classification and layout principles 
      (1) The lateral spacing requirements for seismic reinforcement of pipelines are: pipelines with rigid materials such as grooved connection pipelines, welded steel pipes, brazed copper pipes. The maximum distance between horizontal hangers shall not exceed 12m; for pipelines of non-rigid materials such as HDPE, horizontal hangers The maximum distance should not exceed 6m.

      (2) The longitudinal spacing requirements for seismic reinforcement of pipelines are as follows: pipelines with rigid materials such as grooved connection pipelines, welded steel pipes, brazed copper pipes, etc., the vertical hanger spacing shall not exceed 24m; for pipelines made of non-rigid materials such as HDPE, the horizontal hanger spacing shall be The maximum shall not exceed 12m.

      Layout principle of duct seismic support system 
      (1) The maximum spacing of the lateral seismic hangers of ordinary rigid air ducts is 9m, and the maximum spacing of longitudinal seismic hangers of ordinary rigid air ducts is 18m.

      (2) For the lateral seismic hangers of fiberglass, plastic and other non-rigid material air ducts, the maximum spacing is 4.5m. The maximum longitudinal spacing is 9m.

      Layout principle of electrical seismic support system 
      (1) The maximum lateral seismic spacing of rigid electrical conduits, wire ducts and bridges shall not exceed 12m, and the maximum longitudinal seismic spacing shall not exceed 24m.

      (2) The maximum horizontal seismic spacing of non-rigid material electrical conduits, wire ducts and bridges shall not exceed 6m, and the maximum vertical spacing shall not exceed 12m.

      Calculation principle of seismic support system
